A social enterprise creating wisdom from knowledge, skills and experience
a social enterprise creating wisdom from knowledge, skills and experience.
We want to make the training as effective as possible so we are keen to work with you to keep sessions relevant to your organisation, sector, challenges and aspirations.
Our courses are evidence-led and focus on achievable strategies for change.
To build trust, rapport and relevance we are not afraid to share and discuss our own personal and professional experiences, privileges, disadvantages and strategies which have succeeded or failed.
Naturally we use videos, group collaboration/problem solving tasks and ‘bums-off-seats’ activities to optimise learning.
Our trainers have three things in common: 1) a cracking sense of humour; and 2) the skills, knowledge and experience to 3) the commitment to making every course count.

I just wanted to write and say thank you for the training course delivery today it was the best training i've attended in my working career! The course content was thorough, informative, educational coupled with your own personal life experiences which made it real and easier to relate too. Training was delivered with a smile and a good sense of humour that always helps. I could attend this course again and again as it would make a good refresher course as this subject is forever evolving and so key to our personal development and most importantly for the clients we work with. On a personal note you're an inspiration and I wish you all the very best as you truly deserve it!
